Space rental at the Danforth Museum of Art is available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the year. We suggest you try to schedule your event a minimum of one month in advance in order to secure event furnishings as well as the services of a professional caterer.

You will need to plan a meeting with the DMA Executive Director (or designee) prior to your event being approved. Additionally, you will need to meet with staff at least 10 days before the event to ensure that all museum policies are adhered to.
